The party investigates one of these worlds, Copper Peaks, where Babarian Lady was born and Tundra once impersonated a deity. They discover a false religion built around what Tundra had started. The party also visits Refuu'lus, a world where high level magic was disrupted by a gods' war. They witness the elimination of low-level magic on Refuu'lus by the magic elementals' device. The party seeks a countermeasure in the form of the Orb of Arcanience. First they travel to Ysgard to gather information. While there, Achika concieves a child by Lord Thrae without his knowledge. The location of the Keep of Arcanience is acquired from a drow rogue that once tried to assault the keep, and the the party heads to the keep itself. They are confronted by the keep's master, Archangel Aktazhiel, who is revealed to be both Tundra and Anastazhiel's father. Aktazhiel also identifies Allynia as Blackthorne's daughter. The party uses the Orb of Arcanience to save the other worlds already ensnared by the Twelvefold Net while agents of the Planejammer destroy the ships that create the Net.
