| Princess Naivara Hyacarill and her bodyguard Astrae return from a raid up north to the town of Yuld Pasaral to meet with Elessa Silverstar, who is searching for information on her missing fiance. Skytalon Lyon's tribe has been forced from its ancestral home, and she travels west as a delegate to the Sylarian Tribal Alliance. Kyrin is directed by his tribal elders to join forces with Princess Hyacarill, for she will be critical to defeating the oncoming drow onslaught. Hecleus is instructed by the Wrath of Arysh to join forces with Princess Hyacarill because her untimely demise would be problematic. All of these people arrive in Yuld Pasarel at the same time; shortly after, a wounded retainer arrives and advises that Lady Silverstar's group had found a recently established goblin warren within a day's travel of the town, but had been intercepted while trying to reach town to report the find. The party ventures forth, destroys the goblin force sent to capture Lady Silverstar, and her escort, and then learn from a prisoner that Lady Silverstar was merely a bonus find - the real goblin force, lead by Ulin the Blightcaller, is now attacking Yuld Pasarel in order to find and capture Princess Hyacarill. | |

| Session 2 - The Battle of Yuld Pasarel [ 06.03.09 ] | |
| The party returns to Yuld Pasarel to find it under attack by over 60 goblins, lead by a drow blightcaller. Ulin the Blightcaller had divided his force into 4 parts, three of which were pushing into the town and a fourth group that was searching the area behind the goblin lines. The party engaged the goblins and after bitter fighting destroyed two of the main assualt teams, freeing up town defenders to drive back the third group. The party then intercepted and the destroyed the squad that was searching the town; they found that the search squad had been given sketch portraits of Princess Hyacarill. By this point Ulin was attempting to withdraw from Yuld Pasarel with his surviving goblins, and the party has moved to cut him off. | |

| Session 3 - Supplies, part 1 [ 06.17.09 ] | |
| The party catches Ulin the Blightcaller and engages him and his escort; after a short bloody battle they slay him, ending the Battle of Yuld Pasarel. Ulin was discovered to be a member of House Rin'tharyn, whose matron is infamous for her habit of acquiring beautiful things and hurting them in interesting ways. They learn from a captured goblin that Yuld Pasaral was one of four targets; the halfling town of Redwind to the north and the shifter/human towns of Shadegrove and Terlun to the east were also attacked. Redwind was to be attacked for food supplies; the drow-lead goblin force intended to seize and hold Shadegrove and Terlun, however. Word then came by animal messenger that Redwind had fallen and sought rescue. Aware that the party was going immediately off into danger, Elder Windfang and the townspeople provided what support they could; Elder Windfang presented to Kyrin his axe, which had served him well against the orcs in his youth. The party cut off to the northeast and intercepted a supply wagon with a cage full of live halflings going to the drow staging ground. After destroying the goblin escort, the party learned that another caravan was coming their way and the remaining goblin forces, with their drow leader Kelin were busy converting the town's fallen defenders into food to take back with them when they withdrew. The party is now on their way to Redwind. | |

| While Hecleus stays with the refugees for their protection, the party intercepts and destroys the second goblin caravan, in the process rescuing Gina Flightfoot, a halfling prodigy who proceeds to kill a number of goblins with her Fey Pact powers after Aestra teleported Gina out of her restraints. The party learns from Gina that another drow arrived in town shortly before this caravan left; he took some of the goblins and went northeast. The party then marches on Redwind, where the goblins are holding a giant cook-out, and assualts the occupation force, slaying a number of goblins in the process. The party then moves to attack the drow warrior Kelin before he can finish rallying the remaining goblins. | |

| Session 5 - Supplies, part 3 [ 07.15.09 ] | |
| The party moves to engage the drow warrior Kelin, who is trying to rally the goblin attackers of Redwind for a counter-attack. As our heroes engage the goblin forces, a befuddled human appears on the battlefield, remembering only that a drow he calls "That Bastard" scrambled his mind and transplanted all of his hair. Damath enters the fray alongside the party, and they destroy Kelin and his goblin servants. They then find the old veteran halfling ranger Yeran Nulo, who had been one of the people of interest for the drow here. He revealed that some 30 years ago, he and a group of others in the Tribal Alliance had collapsed tunnels connecting the Alliance area to the main Underdark. While he gave the drow nothing, a blightcaller named Zuuld had arrived, taken some goblins, and gone northwest to try to find and open the passage. The party is now going in pursuit of Zuuld, to stop him. | |

| Having stopped the Blightcaller Zuuld, the party then struck east to raid the command post that the goblins had built north-east of Yuld Pasarel. The party captured a goblin scout along the way and learned of the warlock Senick and the magically enchanced hobgoblin, Thardrek. Once at the command post, they dispatched the guardians at the entrance and then entered the command post. There they met the Chaplain, a goblin priest of Maglubiyet; after a vicious fight, he was slain, and the party prepared to go deeper into the command post. | |

| Session 8 - Senick's Command, pt. 2 [ 08.12.09 ] | |
| The party moved deeper into the cavern and engaged the drow warlock Senick and his bodyguards; though the goblins were torn to shreds, Senick with his command over infernal fire brought Kyrin to the brink of death. Kyrin, when he got back up, returned the favor by tearing Senick in half. The party then moved on to the heart of the compound - the torture chamber, operated by the Electric Hobgoblin Thardrek. They annihilated him utterly and rescued the prisoners. From the papers in the compound they learned of the drow commander for eastern region. Kaylia Hyacarill, a name that Naivara did not recognize, appeared to be in charge. As the party left the area they spotted a Blightcaller flying in; through the party's expert woodsmanship and by setting some forest fires, they shook off the Blightcaller and led the refugees to safety. Back at Yuld Pasarel, they met part of the Nexus Fortress Army and the regional leader, General Biff. The General received their report and advised that aside from the eastern front, two more fronts had been opened by the drow and their servants. West of the Nexus, the drow had taken the coast and are now apparently preparing to move into the immediate sea. South of the Nexus, the drow commander - a half-drow, half-eladrin magister - has been steadily summoning reinforcements, cutting off the Nexus from the Dragonborn Kingdom of Zalynstar. And in the east, where the party just left from, the drow are apparently planning on using the two towns they still hold to strike north and cut off the Nexus from the Karimoor Empire. The party is now plotting their next move. | |

So began an epic struggle between the party and the young mistress of wind, but the party defeated her and captured her. Naivara tapped into her lineage and determined how to seperate Kaylia from the force that has been controlling her and the other Blightcallers, and led a ritual to do so. The party now has custody of the only free-willed drow on the continent, who is the daughter of the technically rightful queen of Ilianstar and General Grasin of House Va'lyr, the lead house of the Drow invasion. | |

| The party heads into the swamps southwest of Luminin to challenge the Mud King, a Bullywug marauder whose services had been purchased by the drow nearly a decade ago with a black dragon egg. A entrance to the Underdark is concealed within the Mud King's bog, and if he was not slain, the Mud King would endlessly harass the Alliance army. In a masterful display of skill, Naivara succeeded in tracking the Mud King's dragon mount to their lair. The party destroyed the Mud King and his servants, despite the intervention of the Blightcallers' master. But they are not in the clear yet, as they have now rescued the Mud King's larder, and have more problems coming. | |

| The party began efforts to rescue and treat the children that had been delivered to the Mud King as payment. Bullywugs seeking the dead leader's food and treasure came to loot, and were driven back by the party's heroics. Lastly, a drow priestess and her battle lord consort, with another wagonful of children arrived on the scene. The party went forth to meet them, and Lyon nearly died in the resulting battle, but the drow were crushed and the area secured. | |

| The party safely returns to Luminin, where the western Sylarian army has caught up to them. The party meets with General Satoga, who asks them to strike out ahead of the main army in order to neutralize certain threats, like the drow invoker Zyrik and the Blightcaller Lazereus. The party strikes out to the coast to slay Zyrik and perhaps draw out of the Blightcaller, who rides the lightning along the coastline. Making use of the rivers, the party comes up behind the hobgoblin defensive line and begins destroying the enemy garrison. The battle is routine until the invoker Zyrik breaks off from his "experiments" and enters the fray. The party nevertheless overcomes Zyrik's massive firepower and slays him. Now they must deal with the sahaugin who will be coming from the sea - with Zyrik and his hobgoblins gone, the sahaugin and their dread aquabears are coming forth to devour the townsfolk. | |

| Blightcaller Lazereus comes down from the skies and on behalf of the Entity, offers the party a life of luxury if they would lay down their arms and let the invasion proceed without further interference. The party refuses the Entity's offer and gives battle to the Blightcaller and his servants. The party captures Lazereus and severs his connection to the Entity; now a free druid with no where else go, Lazereus provides the party with substantial information about the outlay of the drow forces in the west, and reveals that the main drow army is besieging the kingdom of Karimoor. The party decides to go north to fight Chieftain Tadren the Pyrogoblin, since by slaying him they can then open a way to turn the hobgoblins against the Blightcaller Shamaness Laria in the south. | |

| The party goes to intercept one of Chief Tadren's master archers, who sought to bring word of the vanguard's fate to the Pyrogoblin. In the process of doing so they encounter Mycernya of the Order of the Shattered Spine, a half-orc shrine maiden of Kord, and her escort, who had much the same idea. The archer and his swamp worgs die horribly, and the party meets with Mycernya. Mycernya and her half-orcs are last survivors of a delegation sent by the Order of the Shattered Spine to meet with the Nexus Council of Elders with the purpose of allying with the Tribal Alliance. The Grung'thak holy Order suspects that the Holy Lands would be better off allying with the Tribal Alliance against the hated dragonborn of Zalynshar rather than allying with the Drow, though the dominant Orcish religious order, the Gruumsh-Jagen, favor allying with the Drow. As a gesture of good faith and to further her own people's goals, Mycernya decides to go with the party to slay the Pyrogoblin. The party meet with Kalrik, who agrees to hold the coastline against the sahuagin and to negotiate a contract with General Satoga. The party then goes through the hobgoblin lines to engage the forces of Lady Inaersa Varashti. Inaersa summoned forth a pack of demons, and with the aid of the ruthless and untiring creatures has trapped the elf clan Zintarak in a small box canyon. The party engages the hobgoblins standing guard on the cliff top and compels them to stand down. They then descend into the canyon, where they break through a squad of demons that was helping Lady Inaersa pin down the elf clan. They now go to rendezvous with clan Zintarak. | |

| The party meets with Clan Zintarak, which had fortified a grove in the forest after being pinned down by Lady Inaersa Varash'ti's demonic forces. A number of the Clan's people had already been taken by Inaersa's neldrazu rushing the camp, grabbing people, and teleporting off with them. Inaersa Varash'ti has the demons grab a few at a time; once she bores of torturing the new arrivals, she has them strike for more. The party goes forth to kill the demons staying in plain sight of the camp, and blunders into the half-dozen demons they couldn't see from the camp. A bloody battle ensues, ending in nine dead demons and a respectably mauled party. The heroes regroup and prepare to strike through to Lady Inaersa, to vanquish her and end her control over the demon forces. | |

| The party goes to investigate the ruins that had been discovered by clan Zintarak; there they find that the fields around the ruins were covered with thousands upon thousands of small, elementally attuned slimes. After inadvertently electrocuting, burning, and freezing the insane grimlock who was consuming slimes just inside the ruins, the party gets the slimes to disperse and enters the ruins, which they find are reactive to Naivara and Elessa's presence. The party activates and partially repairs a guardian golem, which then serves as an additional escort in the ruins. They find murals depicting ancient battles by the races of Telluria against demonic and Underdark hordes, and depictions of natural beauty despoiled by the ravages of the ancient war. The party destroys a host of the slimes created by the excessive elemental energy in the area, and battled more guardian statues which appeared to have changed loyalties. With the outer portion of the ruins secured, the party opened the doorway to the inner sanctum, where an old cataclysm dragon composed of all of the elements and its elemental servants awaits their challenge. | |

They then find on a pedestal a simple pair of red, fingerless gloves, that were apparently designed to protect against the Entity now controlling the Drow. The sahuagin are now striking against General Satoga's forces and Kalrick's legions. And the sahuagin are extremely selfish beings, so finding a sahuagin cleric who would willingly be the focus occurs only every few generations. But then came the dark-skin with the wings of ice, and she showed the priestess Sesthriz a new technique, a way to cast aside the current flesh and seize a new vessel. The ritual proven, Sesthriz directed her kin seize a leviathan whelp, and took it forms as her own. With a body that could withstand the strain, Sesthriz initiated the ritual and brought the sea forth onto the land, with the eventual goal of drowning the Nexus Fortress and claiming the ley line nexus for the sahuagin. And then Sesthriz encountered the party, and all of her schemes were for naught. | |

| Session 37 - They Come From Beyond, part 1 [ 03.31.10 ] | |
| The party goes southeast to meet up with Lyon's tribe. There they learn from the support trains, and then from Chieftain Stonesoul, that in the Southeastern Front the creatures summoned by Spellreaver Aria had begun converting the goblinoid and ogre soldiers, and the human and shifter prisoners into foulspawn and sending the newly twisted beings to fight the Alliance. Stonesoul and his tribe were anchoring the front, but soon their flanks would be exposed and they'd have to retreat or perish. Further complicating things, the Blightcaller Tanetal Hyacarill has been striking at the front lines. Stonesoul had been unable to go on the offensive because he was the only person on the front who could fight Tanetal without being killed outright. But now the party has arrived, and goes to battle to punch through the foulspawn and slay their director, so that the front can be secured. | |

| The engages the invader Shiantara and its pack of foulspawn children. After destroying its eladrin host shell and learning the creature is a sharn, the party casts it back into the Far Plane. The foulspawn, with the loss of their coordinator, fall back in a route. The party and Chieftain Stonesoul prepare to strike south and raid a former temple of Melora, where the foulspawn have created a facility for transforming mortals into more foulspawn. | |

| The party goes south to deal with the foulspawn creation facility, formerly a temple to Melora. A Tribal Alliance strike force led by Stonesoul follows close behind. The party secures themselves a vantage over the fallen temple, where they can see that the structure has very much grown, and both Alliance civilians and former mercenaries under the drow are being "fed" to the structure to make more foulspawn. Once the Alliance force moves the attack and draws the majority of the temple foulspawn, the party sweeps in to launch their raid. | |

| Session 41 - The Fallen Temple, part 2 [ 05.05.10 ] | |
| The party breaches the fallen temple, freeing more victims and destroying more foulspawn. As Myce, Lyon and Damath then hold the line against foulspawn reinforcements, Astrea, Naivara, Kyrin, and Elessa advance forward to destroy the desecrated core of the temple - a gargantuan pillar of flesh and hate serving as the shielding to the temple's heart and brain. The strike team destroys the pillar to reveal the brain - a death tyrant and the heart - the corrupted temple heart, with the temple's guardian nymph bound into it. The party extracts the nymph, Tyrinia, from the heart and revives her, receiving her assistance in the battle against the beholder death tyrant GFNRK. The strike team takes down GFNRK and then rejoins the rest of the party, so that they can crush the remaining foulspawn forces with Stonesoul's vanguard. | |
